A new exciting collaboration has arrived in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 as they launch a Squid Game crossover event in partnership with Netflix. This event brings a range of new in-game multiplayer modes, free rewards, and a variety of cosmetic skins for players to enjoy.

One of the standout features is the Red Light, Green Light multiplayer mode, inspired by the famous death game from the show. The mode consists of three rounds where players race to reach the finish line while following the doll’s commands. Players must move on ‘Green Light’ and risk being eliminated if caught on ‘Red Light’.

Additionally, the event introduces other engaging modes like Pentathlon, combining popular game modes with new elements such as Piggy Bank Team Deathmatch and Roulette. The Squid Game Moshpit offers a traditional multiplayer experience with a Squid Game twist, including unique mechanics and rewards.

Even the Zombies mode gets a Squid Game makeover with exclusive variants of Liberty Falls and Citadelle des Morts, adding Green Light and Red Light phases to challenge players. There are also new challenges in Call of Duty: Warzone related to the Squid Game event for players to explore.

Players can progress through the Squid Game Event Pass by earning XP in Black Ops 6 and Warzone, unlocking free rewards along the way. There is an optional Premium Track for additional benefits. Moreover, three new Squid Game bundles are available in the in-game store, offering exclusive operator skins, weapon Blueprints, and digital content.

In addition to these exciting updates in Call of Duty, PlayStation users can anticipate enhancements to the gaming experience as Sony aims to improve game streaming services incrementally. Furthermore, there are hints of progress in PS3 emulation by a studio known for its PlayStation Classics ports, and the upcoming launch of GTA 6 is already predicted to be a monumental event in entertainment history.
