Apple has made a significant update by introducing its Look Around feature to web browsers, now rivaling Google Maps’ Street View in Apple Maps. Users can now access this feature across various web browsers such as Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, providing a 360-degree street-level view of locations in the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, and more. Previously limited to Apple devices, Look Around being supported in browsers now allows wider accessibility, even on Windows PCs, making it more user-friendly and not exclusive to Apple users. Although some features may be limited in the web version compared to the app, the addition of Look Around enhances the competitiveness of Apple Maps against Google Maps.
