Samsung Galaxy S25 RAM Details and Slim Model Leaks
With the anticipated launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series on January 22, leaks surrounding the flagship phones continue to surface. The latest information suggests that the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra will feature up to 12GB of RAM, with storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB. Interestingly, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to maintain the same RAM capacity as its predecessor, despite prior rumors hinting at a possible increase to 16GB. Nonetheless, the upgraded RAM for the S25 and S25 Plus is a promising development.
In addition to the main models, a new variant known as the Galaxy S25 Slim is set to debut following the initial launch. Rumored specifications include a 6.66-inch display, a powerful 200MP primary camera, and a 4,700-5,000mAh battery capacity. The device is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a premium triple-lens rear camera setup with 3.5x optical zoom, resembling the features of the high-end Galaxy S25 Ultra.
