Kioxia Releases Cutting-Edge QLC UFS 4.0 Flash Memory Device

The advancement in mobile technology has triggered a surge in the need for efficient, high-capacity storage solutions. In response, Kioxia has introduced its latest innovation: the industry’s first QLC UFS 4.0 embedded flash memory device. Engineered with state-of-the-art quadruple-level cell (QLC) technology, this device boasts increased storage capacity and faster data transfer rates than ever before.

The new device from Kioxia offers a compact design with impressive storage capabilities, catering not only to smartphones and tablets but also to PCs, networking systems, and emerging technologies like AR, VR, and AI. With sequential read speeds of up to 4,200 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 3,200 MB/s, users can expect seamless file transfers, enhanced streaming, and improved multitasking efficiency.
