Fujifilm has unveiled its cutting-edge Fujifilm Projector ZUH6000, a groundbreaking ultra-short-throw (UST) 4K projector featuring a unique two-axial rotatable lens design. This latest addition to the Z Series promises enhanced color accuracy and smoother gradation, with a 1.5 times boost in color reproduction and a two-fold improvement in red hues, setting it apart from its predecessors.

The ZUH6000, measuring 486mm in width, 496mm in depth, and 175mm in height, may not be easily portable, but it delivers exceptional image quality. Equipped with a high-performance DLP chip, the projector can display 4K-resolution images (3840 x 2160 pixels) at a brightness of 6000 lumens. Its innovative two-axial lens allows for a 90-degree rotation around the mounting axis and a full 360-degree rotation around the lens axis. The unique retractable lens design, reminiscent of a turtle’s retractable neck, sets it apart from traditional projectors.

Additionally, the ZUH6000 offers a lens shift function with up to 82% vertical and 35% horizontal adjustment, enabling versatile projection directions and precise image positioning without the need to physically move the projector or adjust the lens direction. With a 1.1x optical zoom mechanism, this projector provides efficient and accurate image adjustment, suitable for various spatial configurations.

This advanced projector is slated for release in June 2025, although pricing details have not been disclosed as of now. Stay tuned for more updates on this innovative projection technology from Fujifilm.
