Nvidia’s upcoming GeForce RTX 5090 is generating a lot of buzz due to leaked specs hinting at a powerful GPU. Rumors from HXL on ChipHell forum suggest an early prototype with impressive features like 24,576 CUDA cores, higher clock speeds, and faster GDDR7 memory compared to the production model. The prototype also boasted a massive 800W TDP, potentially requiring dual 12VHPWR connectors. Speculations arise if this could be a Blackwell Titan RTX or an RTX 5090 Ti.

The leaked details hint at a possible powerhouse card but should be taken with caution as it might just be an early sample. Potential successors to the Titan RTX or enhanced RTX 5090 Ti models could be in the works. Despite the exciting insights into the engineering process, the final production model slated for release next week is likely to be more refined. Stay tuned for more updates on Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX series at CES 2025.
