Adobe has recently introduced the revolutionary Firefly Video Model, a generative AI video model that is both IP-friendly and commercially safe. Now available in beta on the Firefly web app and Adobe Premiere Pro with Generative Extend, this innovative tool allows creatives to easily produce production-ready AI-generated video content to enhance their online campaigns. With support for five-second 1080p video generations currently and plans for adding 4K resolution in the near future, Adobe continues to expand its Firefly suite, building on the success of its image generator tool.

Users have the flexibility to create personalized videos by incorporating text prompts and images, adjusting camera angles, and enhancing the overall look with various design elements. While the beta version offers 1080p content creation, a forthcoming update will enable users to select different video quality options for faster processing and clearer finishes in 4K resolution. Additionally, Adobe has introduced Firefly Standard and Firefly Pro subscription plans, providing creators with access to AI-generated videos that can be further refined using other Creative Cloud software like Premiere Pro.

Excitingly, Adobe’s digital media business president, David Wadhwani, anticipates that the Firefly Video Model will revolutionize the way creatives conceptualize and produce captivating videos. The standard and pro subscription plans offer unlimited access to Firefly imaging and vector features, along with tiered capacity for video and audio features, starting from $9.99 per month. The higher-tier plan, priced at $29.99 per month, includes increased capacity for credits and video production, empowering users to unleash their creativity and storytelling potential.
