Samsung user starts petition for Bluetooth to be reinstated in S Pen
A Samsung user, Jeff Springer, has launched a Change.org petition requesting Samsung to bring back Bluetooth functionality to the S Pen for the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The petition has garnered over 3,200 signatures. Previously, Samsung removed Bluetooth from the S25 Ultra’s stylus, affecting features like remote camera control and gestures. The move was met with disappointment by users who found the feature to be essential. While some may argue about the popularity of Bluetooth in the S Pen, the removal of this capability has caused a stir among tech enthusiasts. Although Change.org petitions may not have legal implications, they serve as a platform to voice user feedback and encourage companies to reconsider their decisions. Samsung’s decision to exclude Bluetooth from the S Pen in the S25 Ultra reflects a shift in prioritization towards other features like the 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Despite the mixed reactions, the Galaxy S25 Ultra continues to be a strong contender in the smartphone market.
