Lawmakers are pushing for a ban on DeepSeek AI app on US government devices, citing national security concerns. Representatives Gottheimer and LaHood introduced the bipartisan bill, “No DeepSeek on Government Devices Act,” amid fears that user data is being accessed by Chinese companies.
