Developer Hoyoverse has announced exciting additions, including the introduction of two new five-star playable characters, Mavuika and Citlali, each with unique abilities and combat styles. Additionally, a new four-star character named Lan Yan will be introduced, alongside a new story act, in-game events, and more.
Mavuika, the Pyro Archon, wields a claymore sword and a fiery motorbike construct named Flamestrider. Her combat skills inflict substantial Pyro damage, aided by her unique Fighting Spirit resource. Citlali, also known as ‘Granny Itztli,’ is a powerful Cyro Catalyst fighter accompanied by magical companions that help her in combat.
Version 5.3 will feature a new story quest, a Lantern Rite event in Liyue Harbor offering free rewards, and exclusive outfits like Xiangling’s ‘New Year’s Cheer’ and Hu Tao’s ‘Cherries Snow-Laden.’ Additionally, the update will include balance changes and the permanent addition of a rhythm game mode.
