HP has unveiled its new OmniStudio X series, presenting 27-inch and 32-inch All-in-One desktops aiming to compete with Apple’s iMac lineup. Both models are equipped with Intel’s Core Ultra processors and Arc Graphics GPUs, offering 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5X-8533 MT/s RAM and various PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD storage capacities.

The displays come in Full HD touch and non-touch versions, as well as a 4K UHD non-touch model, all featuring IPS technology with anti-glare coating and TUV Eyesafe certification. They offer 99% sRGB color accuracy and HDR 600 support, covering 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, with a brightness of 550 nits.

The OmniStudio X series boasts Ultra 7 258V, Ultra 7 256V, and Ultra 5 226V processors reaching clock speeds up to 4.8 GHz. Connectivity options include USB Type-C and Type-A ports, HDMI ports, a headphone/microphone combo jack, and an RJ-45 Ethernet port. The devices also support various Wi-Fi options and Bluetooth technology.

Featuring AI-enhanced productivity tools like the HP AI Companion, the desktops facilitate intelligent assistance, file analysis, and personalized system optimization. Security features such as adaptive dimming and lock on leave are included. Despite concerns about AI energy consumption, HP emphasizes using recycled materials in the OmniStudio X series to reduce environmental impact.
