Philips Audio is launching a new line of products, named the Century range, to commemorate 100 years of audio gear manufacturing under the Philips name. The collection includes two record players with built-in speakers, two sets of headphones, and a portable digital radio, set to launch in the UK and Europe in September 2025. The products pay homage to different eras of the last century and are named after iconic music artists. The headphones, such as The Ringo, blend retro aesthetics with modern technology featuring Bluetooth 5.4 and 40mm drivers. The Tina record player boasts a powerful 120W speaker and versatile connectivity options. The Freddie headphones offer a vintage look with modern comfort features. The Stevie record player and The Janet radio complete the collection with a mix of retro and modern design elements. Pricing and detailed sound quality information are still awaited, but the collection’s aesthetic charm has already captured attention.
