Lenovo upgrades its Mac Studio rival just six months after it launched, and it’s a stunner

Lenovo has introduced an upgraded version of its ThinkCentre neo Ultra at CES 2025, with improved Core Ultra CPUs for enhanced performance, while maintaining the same compact form factor and specifications. The new model retains the original’s wide range of ports, but now includes a Thunderbolt 4 port, replacing two punch-out ports for increased ventilation. Despite these upgrades, the price remains unchanged, with the Gen 2 version expected to retail at $3,099 starting February 2025. The original model is still available for purchase at a discounted price of $1,580.49.
