Metal Gear Solid Delta, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, and Final Fantasy 7 Remake are reportedly coming to Nintendo Switch 2

A recent report indicates that several popular AAA games are set to be released on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. Leaker ‘NatetheHate’ has revealed that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth are among the titles expected to debut on the console, with the latter scheduled for a 2026 release. Additionally, Ubisoft is rumored to be working on bringing Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Assassin’s Creed Shadows to the Switch 2, with Shadows facing a slight delay to March 2026. Ubisoft is reportedly planning to bring over “more than half a dozen games” to the Switch 2, including titles like The Division and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. While the exact release date for the Nintendo Switch 2 is still unknown, there are speculations that an announcement might be imminent after a series of leaks and rumors.
