Samsung shows off two tri-fold concept phones at CES 2025 – and I hope the right one gets made

Samsung Display unveiled several screen concepts at CES 2025, including two tri-folding phone screens, each folding in a unique way. The designs hint at a possible future tri-fold Galaxy phone design. One of the phones folds fully inwards while the other leaves part of the main screen visible when closed. Samsung is exploring both options for a tri-fold phone, including a Z-Fold foldable patent.
