Netflix has officially wrapped production on Stranger Things season 5 after a year-long shooting schedule. The final chapter of the popular show is set to arrive sometime in 2025. Although the release was initially expected in 2024, delays caused by the 2023 Hollywood strikes pushed the schedule. Fans can expect the upcoming season to be the darkest and most emotional yet, with promises of new characters and fan-favorite team-ups. In the meantime, a spin-off stage play prequel titled ‘The First Shadow’ has been received well, setting the stage for the anticipated season 5.
