Windows 11 has introduced a new Start menu side panel for Android users and is now testing the same feature for iPhone users. This update includes various functionalities such as viewing phone battery status, accessing messages and calls, and sending files from PC to phone with a convenient button. The integration aims to provide iPhone users with similar benefits as Android users within the Start menu. The feature is currently in testing for Windows Insiders in the Beta or Dev channels and requires the Phone Link app to be installed. The process is expected to proceed swiftly if all goes well in the preview builds.
