Garmin has released its latest public beta update, version 22.14, for its range of watches. The update brings improvements to strength and Body Battery features for users. A notable fix included in this update is for heart rate zones, specifically targeting the Forerunner models. This update addresses issues such as potential crashing when editing HR zones, an incorrect time in HR zones problem, and an incorrect heart zones issue. Users experiencing problems with their Forerunner watches are encouraged to enroll in the public beta to access these necessary fixes.
In addition to the Forerunner fix, the update also introduces new features like strength workouts integrated into running and cycling plans, as well as the TrueUp feature extended to Body Battery for enhanced data synchronization across multiple devices. Notably, passcodes have been added to select Garmin watches, including the Fenix 8, Enduro 3, Forerunners, Venu 3, and Vivoactive 5 models. Users can sign up for the public beta on Garmin’s website or wait for the full rollout to access these latest updates.
