Here’s when the Samsung Galaxy S25 could go on sale – though expect to pay more

As the highly anticipated launch date of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series approaches, new details have emerged regarding the specifications and pricing. Rumored to go on sale on February 7, 2025, the latest leak suggests that the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra models will all start with 12GB of RAM, with the Ultra variant offering a 16GB RAM option and starting at 256GB of storage space. However, reports indicate a potential price increase for the series, attributed in part to the utilization of the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The previous Galaxy S24 lineup started at $799, $999, and $1,299.99, respectively.
Samsung has officially announced the launch of the S25 series in Korea on February 7, with the introduction of the Slim model expected at the Unpacked event. Additionally, pre-orders are set to begin on January 23 with sales commencing on February 7. Reports also hint at the inclusion of 16GB of RAM for the Ultra model in the 512GB and 1TB variants, leading to speculations of a price hike.
