Roborock wowed the audience at CES 2025 by showcasing their latest creation, the Roborock Saros Z70 – the first commercial robot vacuum to feature a retractable robotic arm named OmniGrip 1.0. This innovative design allows the bot to pick up and relocate objects such as socks or shoes, providing a more thorough cleaning experience. Safety features are incorporated to ensure controlled operation, and users have the ability to customize the arm’s functions through a dedicated app. Despite initial thoughts that the Z70 was just a prototype, it is set for release in the first half of 2025. While the Z70 offers cutting-edge technology, the Saros 10 and 10R models from Roborock are expected to be popular choices due to their advanced features. Stay tuned for more updates from TechRadar on the latest CES 2025 news, including reviews and insights on upcoming tech releases.
