Users of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and S25 Plus are facing charging issues related to using a 5A USB-C cable with a 45W charger, resulting in slower charging or no charging at all. Samsung is working on a solution but users can temporarily switch to the included 3A cable or try alternate methods until a software update resolves the issue. It’s recommended to install the latest software update for improvements and consider using wireless charging as a workaround. The base model, Samsung Galaxy S25, does not seem to be affected by this problem.
